At Huellas del Arte, we firmly believe that «Art is the expression that makes the invisible visible». Originating in 2012, we have spent over a decade promoting Latin American art and cultural integration, serving as a multicultural cultural space and platform across countries like Venezuela, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, Ecuador, and the world.
Today, as we celebrate 14 years of cultural management from our newest phase in Downtown Miami, we want to share the heart of our project. Behind our core objective to serve as a bridge for Hispanic and Latin American artists to integrate into the global art scene, there is a fundamental familial and creative core: the union of our director and curator, Venezuelan visual artist Alejandro Rojas, and María Alejandra González, an essential and foundational part since the genesis of this space.
While Alejandro focuses on connecting different generations, cultures, and artistic languages, María Alejandra brings a vision where the fast pace of the city meets natural calm. Through sister initiatives such as Bohemia Handmade Studio and La Roseta Garden, we aim to project nature and integrate wellness into our daily lives as something intrinsic.
We believe that taking care of our cognitive health does not have to be a rigid task; it is the art of keeping the soul awake. Therefore, we promote mindful decoration where elements like succulents transform the physical and mental environment. With their diverse forms and low maintenance, they act as therapeutic elements that reduce stress and oxygenate our way of living.
As we always say: a community that creates together is a community that never stops flourishing.
